Debra is the best! She did our kitchen remodel which transformed a 1970s DIY kitchen into a beautiful period Arts and Crafts style kitchen in our 1904 era home. Besides having a great eye for the aesthetic, Debra always brings it back to the practical by making sure that the space created is very livable and functional. She is careful to consider day-to-day needs as well as making sure the space will remain a "classic" far into the future. She also makes sure that the materials and surfaces are chosen for quality and longevity. She always comes up with great solutions to the problems along the way. And now several years later Debra is working on some changes to our new 1920s home out here in Boulder, CO. We had others look at this current project but nobody is as quick as Debra to understand what the client is looking for and wants. We were very happy when she agreed to work with us remotely on this new project.

I have worked closely with Debra David since the early 00's when she first designed a 9 unit residential structure for me and my partner in a historic downtown Jersey City neighborhood. Since then she has worked on many small to large renovations for me and various clients of mine over the years. She is incredibly smart, creative and knowledgeable about materials and process. She has great creative solutions to the many interesting problems that come up in older homes. She follows projects through to the final detail. You will be thrilled with the results, I always am! A great professional with a great sense of humor!

Deb is a great architect. She is thoughtful and her drawings are very detailed. She worked well with us and our contractor. She helped us stick to our budget but also added some great details to make our home pop. She knew the right people to talk to and always had different ideas we could work with. Would highly recommend!!!
