At DeGeorge Design, we believe good design is not a luxury, but something that should enhance everyday life. It does not just meet the needs of the program, it takes into account the context in which it is built and the realities of construction. There should be ample opportunity for levels of detail, which add richness and scale as well as cohesiveness to a building/space. Design should be a collaborative effort, meeting the Client’s needs while holding to basic principles of design. Examples of the work we perform with an average cost base. New Homes from $750,000 to $3.5 Million. Whole Home Renovations $100,000 to $1.5 Million. Historical Renovations from $100,000 to $2 Million. Penthouse/Condo Renovations from $250,000 to $2 Million. Single & Multi-room additions from $75,000 to $1 Million. Estimates based on experience. Your actual costs will vary depending on the scope of your project. INCREDIBLY FLAWLESS DESIGN! My husband and I wanted a 1300 sq ft addition added to a 100 year old home...a very delicate job! Lance DeGeorge delicately approached the project...spent his time surveying every inch of the old house in order to include the glorious deltails in the new addition, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. The result: a perfectly seamless transition between old and new!

We hired Lance DeGeorge to update the facade of our 50 year old house in Memorial. He came up with innovative ideas that really changed the whole look. Lance happens to be my brother and I usually think it is not a good idea to do business with family. However, in this case, it was a great decision because he provided outstanding service, excellent ideas for the design and decor of our new home, and he brought a level of experience that we needed to build a high-end home. Lance exhibited a thorough knowledge of the design theme (Acadian or New Orleans Style) that we used which helped immensely when making choices for the home. He was very detailed and patient in providing suggestions which allowed us to make the best possible decision for each choice. All in all we are extremely pleased with the design of the home and would highly recommend using Lance for your architectural/design services.

In developing plans for renovating our large unique master bath Mr.DeGeorge provided outstanding professional assistance. He is experienced, creative and organized. It is a pleasure working with Mr. DeGeorge. We think we will have a master bath with a WOW factor once the project is completed.

Lance made our vision come alive! He worked with my husband and I in our house remodel and transformed our 70's outdated house into our dream home. Lance DeGeorge did an excellent job in working with me and my wife on our kitchen remodel. His plans were innovative and the options he provided helped in finalizing our contractor's bids. Lance and his team we're very detailed in planning our meetings as well as all the options which was very nice. He designed my house and thought of everything including a wonderful which I use regularly. I would use Lance again if I had another project. He is excellent!

Lance provided great designs for our home remodel project. He listened to our ideas, was professional and very easy to work with. Lance DeGeorge did a wonderful job on the design of my Jewelry Store. It was raw space and he transformed it into the 2010 ASID Interior Design Gold Award for Retail Space! Lance was always a professional and a pleasure to work with. Even with a tough Christmas deadline for opening he remained calm and worked as needed to meet the deadline. I would highly recommend Lance for his skills and professionalism.

Lance is attentive and truly pays attention to details. He and his team are very helpful and have made our renovation projects smoother because of his plans. Our projects would not have turned out the same without his help, insight and guidance! We hired Lance and his team for 2 projects, so far. We demolished and remodeled our home after Hurricane Ike and then had his help with our most recent project, a home office.
