Daniel knows his stuff, from requesting permits to completing the build within 7 months. It was close to perfect custom home for my wife and I. His commitment to ensuring our house was always first priority and never letting us having an unanswered question was spectacular. I still owe Daniel a dinner for his amazing work on our custom home. “I can't speak highly enough about the job Pemberley Properties did through out the construction of our home. My wife and I had never built a house, so we were very concerned about finding the right contractor for such a large scale project. We interviewed several contractors and talked with prior customers of all of them. Finally we decided on Ken because he was willing to focus on keeping the project in our budget (which was very important to us), and we felt like he was trying to insure we got the house we wanted and took care of all the details. And there were plenty of details involved because our house is handicap friendly. And we loved our house after it was done. Even after we moved in, he reached out several times our first year in to make sure that any issued that popped up were fixed. My wife and I would recommend him to anyone.”

“We bought a house from Al Kelecki at HASK construction in 2006. Al went beyond our expectations with small concerns we had even after several years. 4 years after the closing, we had HASK Renovations finish one room in the basement as an exercise room. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. This was the smoothest renovation we have ever experienced. Al is an expert in his field and he treats you house as if it is his own. He has very high standards, he can listen and he is always willing to give his advice.”

“These guys were great, we did a whole house remodel and couldn't be happier. We have done other projects with different builders in the past and were reluctant to take on such a large project. It was so refreshing to work with a builder that truly understood what we wanted from a design aspect and were able to execute within a tight budget and timeframe. They completed the job a few weeks ahead of time and the quality is top notch. We wont be doing any more remodeling for a long time but when we do we will definitely be calling ECO. “Trey Robinson, Prime Construction, added a 700 sq ft addition to our existing 28 year old 2 story home. He added a master bedroom on the main level, a 6 fixture bathroom and a walk in closet over a full unfinished basement. The constitution included demolition of a side porch, repairs to the living and dining where the addition joined, and extensive grading and tree removal. The construction only took 4 months to complete and living in our existing home was not disruptive. All the subcontractors he used were professional, competent and respectful of us and our home. We are more than pleased with the process and the results, and it has made our home much more livable.”
