Our Real Estate Team, Force 10 Property Group, has had the pleasure of holding one of Demetriou’s designed resale homes open in Clyde Hill near Medina and Yarrow Point. It is incredible how he placed all the view points in the home to flow so naturally with the environment. Such a modern well-crafted masterpiece like this gets 5 stars every time someone walks in. It’s a legacy estate with extraordinary architecture.

Vassos Demetriou and his team have designed both commercial buildings and homes for our family in both Canada and United States. Most recently he completed the design of our family's upscale Sparkling Winery. When my wife and I decided to build a new home on our lakeshore property we invited Vassos to visit and give us his thoughts. He presented the most stunning, livable house perfectly located taking into consideration the scenery, the natural light and our lifestyle. Our friends and guest remark how wonderful and timeless it is. What has been very important to us is that he listens to what you want and is very creative with a hands-on approach. He and his senior staff are always approachable, available to answer questions and provide guidance. His full-service firm has always provided us with well thought out interior and exterior finishes including wonderful furniture choices. Vassos' creativity and dedication to a project from beginning to end can only result in a happy client knowing that they not only are getting what they were looking for but also something that is very special and architecturally stunning.

Vassos Demetriou and his team are absolutely amazing! Vassos designed our dream house for us; he worked with us to figure out what we really wanted and then designed everything perfectly, keeping us involved and informed throughout the design process. Then his team, headed up by Hilary Rose, stayed involved in our project throughout the entire design, permitting, and building process. She came to every meeting, answered every question, and was involved in every little decision. She put more time into thinking about our house than we did. Working with Demetriou Architects was an absolutely fabulous experience. If you want to build a beautiful, comfortable, forever home that you will enjoy living in, you should hire them to design your house.

Vassos and his team were amazing to work with on our beautiful home. We came to Vassos with a list of things that were very important to us in a home and he, and the whole team worked diligently to incorporate our ideas into a tangible reality. The level of detail was amazing and the entire team at Demetrious are true artist in their execution and deliberate purpose of each thoughtful design detail. We would highly recommend them and collaborate on another project.
