Designing Perspectives

I engaged in a contract 11 weeks ago (4/9/20116) to add on 600 square feet to my home (literally moving living room and master bedroom out 15 feet). I heard nothing a month later (5/12/2016) and sent a text asking where we were in the process. Finally got a response on 5/23/16 saying he missed the text and to send him pictures of my kitchen (not sure why since I never wanted my kitchen in the plans). I called 6/7/2016 and no answer so texted wondering where we were with the process and got no response. My husband called him (from his cell phone) and Brian finally answered and when Jeremy asked where our plans were, Brian said he had sent them and would send them again later that night. I texted him that day to reiterate my email address. I did not receive an email so I texted the next day letting him know I did not receive the plans. With no response, I texted 6/24/2016 saying I wanted my money back for services not rendered and clearly he had not sent them because it is as simple as re-sending the original email. He texted me back immediately and said he does have our stuff and told Jeremy he would look into it. He was out of town and he would have something to me by Monday morning (6/27/2016). Monday at 11:45 (6/27/2016) I had received no plans, so I texted wanting my money back, with no response. Tuesday, 6/28/2016 I texted again. Today, 6/29/2016 I texted again. No response. This whole experience has been gut-wrenching and this company should not be allowed to be in business if this is what they do. I have contacted the authorities to see what legal action I can take. We will see what happens. No one should ever use this company.

I engaged in a contract with Designing Perspectives. After 3 months of patiently trying to work with them I only received a basic floor plan that wasn't even to scale. I paid them $1,000 and basically received nothing and still do not have floor plans. I have lost money and am now a month behind in construction. They are not responsive and do not follow through with promises.
