It's been many years since Lyn and DesignSpec designed the finishing of our full basement. The design has proved to be durable, functional and all around awesome. She recruited excellent contractors, that allowed me to pitch in (with clean up detail, flooring and painting). The project was executed in a timely fashion. Looking forward to using them again in the near future.

Amazing! We worked with Lyn and Matthew on a huge renovation that transformed a hideous 3 bedroom ranch into a 5 bedroom modern show piece. I loved working with them and wish we had more to do! I have recommended them many times!
