After living in 6 different towns and 13 different homes we decided it was time to put down roots and build our forever home. We found some acreage just outside of town and a friend who is a builder recommended Dibello Architects. We had never built a custom home or worked with an architect so we were a little hesitant but we decided to take the plunge and made the call to Dale. Trust me when I tell you it was the best decision we made! From our first contact with Dale we were immediately at ease and knew that we were in good hands. Dale provided us with a step by step layout of the process including approximately how long each step would take. He visited the land several times and helped us determine the site for our house and barn and we met several times at his office before he presented the first drawings. Dale is a great listener and he encouraged us to give him any lists, notes and pictures we had that would help him to get a clearer vision of what we wanted. We always felt that Dale wanted the design to be our vision and he accomplished this by listening, asking thoughtful questions and giving his opinion as necessary. Dale knocked it out of the ballpark with the first set of drawings- somehow he and his team had taken what seemed like endless ramblings on our part and created the home and barn we envisioned. We made minor changes to the original drawings but the house and barn that we have today are not far different from those drawings. Dale worked closely with our builder throughout the process and was very responsive to any questions we had. Dale has a talented team in Joey and Luis who assisted him throughout the process. Joey was instrumental in helping us source reclaimed beams for our great room. We could not be happier with our beautiful home. It is perfect for our family and has an amazing connection to the surrounding land- we would not change a thing! We highly recommend Dibello Architects!

Dibello Architects took our thoughts and wishes and designed our amazing home. Through our initial meetings of "what do you like, what is your style, to" tell me about your family events", he was creating a home around the way we lived. The review sessions were always a joy, seeing his skill, attention to details and creativity in the design was amazing. The ultimate was when we found 80 year old beams and asked Dale if he could work them into the design. I think he was more excited than us! Dale and his team were great in working around our schedules since we were out of town. All was on time and on budget. Thanks to Dale, we have a beautiful home with character, creativity and most of all heart.

Dale and his team were easy to work with and I was extremely happy with the design. Not only did they listen and implement ideas that I had, they thought outside the box and were able to design our home to accommodate all my requests-i.e. work around several huge trees around our remodel, use space more efficiently without completely redoing the house.

We enjoyed working with Dale and his team of architects. The entire process from concept to final drawings went smoothly. Our personal ideas and wishes were met with enthusiastic support. The team met with us frequently in their studio during all stages of the design. We also met on the building site to help us with house placement which was essential to catch natural light in the main family room and kitchen and southeasterly breezes for the large back porch. We hired Dale Dibello to design a home for us in New Braunfels, Texas. Over 5,000 square feet on 1.8 acres. Dale did an excellent job. He had great ideas, is mild mannered, had great vision, and he caught on very quickly as to what we were looking for and wanting to do. Most importantly, he listened. I have since recommended Dale to other builders and homeowners and all seemed to have been pleased with his services.

Dibello Architects designed a "guest house" for our property in texas hill country. We selected them based on the aesthetic in their portfolio of work. The house was just completed in October 2016 and turned out exactly as we wanted. The layout Dale and team designed is perfect and during construction, almost everyone that came through the house commented on how great the layout is. Dale and his team designed appropriate details into the finishing of the house that embody the vision we had of a historic hill country house feel. We look forward to working with Dale and his team on the next phase of our property.

We consulted Dibello Architects for the design of our custom home. We brought ideas and photos and Dale created, from scratch, a design plan that far exceeded our expectations. After now living in the home for over 2 years, we are finally, fully appreciating numerous architectural elements of the home that he masterfully designed. We enjoy the flow of the home and find it is not only functional & efficient, but also true to our architectural style.
