About Us

We are residential practice dedicated to helping our clients create a home that embraces their life. Our staff of four architects, one technician and one office manager are set up to help make our client's dream of a new or remodeled home a reality. The client describes a multi course meal with all it's ingredients and even the atmosphere. Many conversations happen between the design team and client where the goals and objectives of the project are laid out. As the recipe develops, it is revised and edited many times until the client and team are ready to send it to the building community. The fun part about this type of planning process is that we get to taste, tweak and edit the recipe to perfection. When the home building team is finished, your dream has become reality.

I had the privilege of working with and building a home designed by Don Duffy Architecture. It was a great experience. They worked well with the client, decorator and the builder. They were quick to pick up and track with the look and function the client was looking for and very easy to work with from the builders point of view. I am looking forward to doing another project with them and would recommend them to anybody looking to design a superior home.

Commented: Was this built from the ground up or could it be a 2nd story addon?This house was built from the ground up, however it could be an addition as well. The symmetry may be hard to achieve if the base house does not have symmetry already.

All dependent on what one builds. As in Good, Better and Best choices for every piece of a building. Skill of the builder. The site. How much unheated space is there, Porches, Garages, Terraces. Driveway scope.Landscape construction, retaining walls, walks. Outside structures-. Technology- Roofing- Home owner selections. and on and on. Anthology: Toyota, Lexus, BMW, Mercedes,Ferrari? Its just 4 wheels and 5 seats. Why are they not priced the same?
