I worked with David and Jonathon on a 5500 sq home plus a pool house. They saw our vision of a modern farmhouse style and designed exactly what we needed. Very accommodating to changes and easily to set up times to meet with. Highly recommend

The DRF Team created a beautiful farmhouse blue print from scratch. We started with just an idea and David and team translated it perfectly to paper. Customer service was great in the price was competitive. We’ve completed the construction process and we’re very happy with the detail of the prints. Couldn’t ask for anything more from an architectural firm and would highly recommend

We hired David to do a large addition (two stories, >1,300-SF) and total renovation of our 100-yr old home (total construction cost >$200k). He did a fantastic job on the project including working with us to develop schematic alternatives and final drawings for permit approval and for Contractor's to bid the project. A number of the Contractor's noted that the clarity and level of detail of the plans was excellent which allowed them to optimize their construction estimates. We recommend David without any reservations for any project small or large.

DRF Design designed our dream house on Lake Chatauqua, New York in 2010. David is a very gifted and designed our house with unique features that my wife and I never taught of but when we was the design and drawings just had to have built. I would recommend DRF Design to anyone interested in building their dream house.

David Fleming of DRF DESIGN is a consummate professional architect. He was easy to work with, respectful of our wishes, and very tactful in our discussions. He is reasonably priced and very considerate of individual taste and budget limits. We had a very challenging home for him to design, in terms of the landscape and diverse taste between me and my wife. He blended these superbly and surpassed our expectations. I would highly recommend him.

Commented: Where would you find this unique chair/desk/table?The table was from a store that is no longer in business. The manufacturer is Maitland Smith and it is called a telephone table.
