When I first began working with Dylan I was skeptical of how he would help with my new house. I had taken some Autocad classes and already had a good design I liked. I'd heard stories of architects envisioning elaborate and expensive plans that didn't relate to what the home owner wanted. A few years ago, we engaged Dylan Chappell to design a major remodel for our home in Santa Barbara. This was a very big commitment for us and something we'd be planning on doing for a few years.
