Eolo Design is an architecture and interior design firm based in Miami, Florida. Since its founding in 2008, Eolo has defined its work with artistic and emotionally engaging designs and a fine eye for detail. Owner Sandra Diaz-Velasco values a strong relationship with her clients and makes sure that every project is executed to the best of client expectations.
Sandra began her design career as an architect for Coomeva, a recognized firm for the health and financing sectors in Colombia. She practiced as an architect at a national level in charge of the Architecture and Interiors Department for the company and branding strategy. Sandra was also a principal project architect at the award winning Taylor & Taylor Partnership on Miami Beach and her work was published in the 2014 book “Classic Florida Style.” Her design leadership helped create an impressive body of residential interior architecture for the firm. She also served as project designer for Dean Lewis Architecture, an Avant Garde firm whose principal was part of the renowned Arquitectonica.
“Details are extremely important in a design solution. As an architect you are able to see and develop the project on a large comprehensive scale, but as an interior designer you can approach design in its details. At the end of the day, those details are the ones the owners are going to appreciate and live with on a daily basis.”
