Hired Eric to do some 3-D renderings from some Chief Architect drawing files for a proposed triplex. Eric cleaned up all my drawings, adjusted floor heights and elevations, produced an interior furnishing design and added landscaping and hardscaping. I had a presentation in ten days and he turned around the entire project in less than a week. Final ray-tracing was outstanding. He worked with my design budget and delivered everything ahead of schedule. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience working with ep visualz. Eric is patient, full of ideas and quick to transform our imagination into an interactive 3D model that can be examined from the outside, inside, overhead and underneath. This is a great way to see our designs come to life and be able to make changes, before we commit any funds for the actual building process. I have been a designer and contractor for 40 years. My company’s have completed the tenant finish for almost 300 Linens & Things retail stores, the guest rooms for over 300 hotels and numerous other commercial and residential projects. Working with Eric to create a model for a home I’m designing and building has resulted in many design changes that would prove both costly and time consuming if these changes were not considered pre-construction. In addition, Eric’s patience and attention to detail are scholarly. My recommendation for Eric’s services professionals and non-professionals cannot be overstated.

I worked with Eric on designing a Pickleball court which required several retaining walls of differing sizes as the court had to be cut into a very sloped hill behind my house. My wife and I were struggling to visualize how it would look on the hill with the complexities we had to consider. With Eric’s 3D virtualization software, he was able to create the exact “picture” we were looking for while addressing all of the complexities of the sloped ground. Also very important to us was Eric accurately estimating when he would start, which was within a week, and the amount of effort it would take. I have used his work several years ago with a similar positive experience. I can confirm that having a colored 3D image to visualize the project, rather than a more expensive black and white 2D drawing from an expensive architect is a no brainer!
