Erik Tolley is a very talented architect, and I'm very lucky to have him as a client. As the designer of his website and his IT support professional I have an opportunity to see plenty of his work which is outstanding. Not only does he know how to design houses which blend with the community, but he brings them individuality and all the features his clients require, working consistently in budget and on time.

We used Erik to redesign an old house in Chatham. We were so pleased with his designs and his creativity. Erik took a lot of time to fully discuss the details with us and took our opinions and suggestions into account, making changes as we wanted them made but also giving his expert opinion when needed. It was fun and collaborative and the quality was top notch.

We have worked with Erik oon multiple projects at both our full-time and part time residences. His attention to detail, precision and extrordinary style is unparralleled. For our initial project, we must have interviewed 6 or 7 different architects and Erik blew us away in comparasin. His work speaks an elequent architectual language that reflects firmess, commodity and delight. In 2007, relocating to southern New England was difficult for our young son Adam...but after the renovations and additions? He would look at me and say, "I can't believe we actually live here". I would look back at him and say....."I can't either".

Erik is an extremely talented architect, and my husband and I could not be more delighted with our gorgeous house. Erik listened to all of our desires and built us a house which is filled with natural light, has absolutely no wasted space, and perfectly blends contemporary and traditional Cape aesthetics. Every room has unexpected details that make our house unique (including a room with a secret bookcase door, a cathedral-ceiling bedroom with a loft, and a two-story great room with a coffered ceiling. The indoor-outdoor flow is also great.

My wife and I wanted to build a new house on the Cape. We sort of knew what we wanted but we also knew we were working with some limitations the biggest of which was the size of our lot. We wanted 4 BR, 2.5 BA, and an open concept main floor all in a 2000 sq ft house. The design that Erik came up with that met all of our needs really blew us away. The house is both beautiful and laid out perfectly for our Cape Cod lifestyle.

My husband and I hired Erik to extensively renovate our existing home, which turned into a tear down and building a new home. The end product surpassed our highest expectations; we felt comfortable in our new home from the first night we stayed there. Erik's design not only gave us an open floor plan, a bigger master bathroom, a roomier kitchen with more work space, and a complete second floor designed for guests and our daughters and their potential families in mind, but a design that affords so much natural light that no matter what room we step into, we're enveloped in a warm radiance. Erik's easy, affable personality and his skillful ideas persuaded us to hire him, and we won.
