It was a pleasure working with Bozhena on the design of our home. We lost our house to a fire and were rebuilding in the same location so had many considerations and she worked closely with us to turn a difficult situation into a beautiful home we are now enjoying, including creating an open concept in our existing footprint for optimal space utilization and so much light!! Bozhena partnered with us throughout the project to ensure success and we would recommend her to anyone, she’s amazing!!

We cannot say enough good things about working with Bozhena. She helped us design a renovation for our lake house, which was a very dated, cut-up house with a poorly functional layout. Bozhena provided us with three initial design ideas, all of which were excellent and opened and modernized the space. She then drafted plans based on our choice and the final project turned out even better than we expected. Bozhena struck the right balance between making creative recommendations and listening to our needs about how we planned to use the space. She came up with a very creative idea to extend our kitchen space without changing the footprint of the house. Several of her design ideas, such as using glass stair railings, resulted in a dramatic change to the space at a very reasonable cost. At our request, she also did a lighting plan and separately designed an outdoor kitchen. Even the electrician commented on how detailed and helpful the lighting plan was. Throughout the process, Bozhena was incredibly responsive, often answering emails late at night. She was a true pleasure to deal with, and even helped us address some issues that came up during the construction process. We would not hesitate to work with her again or recommend her to anyone looking for architectural services.

Bozhena help up to remodel our 1950 range house Our expectations were to: - create front house elevation - create an open concept kitchen - add sqf to have a new master suit and a teen bedroom - create a guest powder and a laundry in the main floor - have a lot of natural light Bozhena came with a very good idea to create an extension in front of the house. She proposed us different lay out and design. She prepared all the permit drawings including elevation, foundation and electrical. The part that we missed was to include the water evacuation in the front yard to the project (reason why I have 4 stars instead of 5). I really recommend her - very professional

I worked with Etin design to evaluate a potential expansion to our kitchen. My kitchen is very small compared to the square footage of our home. Bozhena brought some very creative ideas about how to expand the kitchen even through some very structural hindrances. We are very excited to make these enhancements to our home.

We needed an independent Architect to review and advise us on a builder's set of drawings. Bozhena was great at pointing out areas that needed to be reconfigured and gave us very functional space use ideas.
