“We had 2 bathroom shower/tubs remodeled, custom banister and railing, new carpet throughout, custom island added to basement bar area as well as new flooring, sink, countertops, backsplash in bar area. Additional lighting added and ceiling cracks repaired. They also refreshed some faded trim as well as replaced some window trim. From start to finish, Rachael and her team made us feel like we were their only project. We had confidence throughout the process that our ideas, budget and timeline were all going to come together. There were a couple of unforeseen hiccups that arose during the project and Rachael easily came up with solutions that kept us on the timeline and gave us amazing results. We would highly recommend Rachael and The Home Authority as well as The Coatings Authority!”

“Radiant home have been instrumental in shaping our new home as well was our basement in 2 separate projects. They were and continue to remain extremely professional and are available to help us even 4 years after the project is complete if we happen to have small issues. We had to price match certain things which were quoted slightly expensive , but they were very open to adjusting the initial quote. Great team and we are very happy with their work.”

“I worked with Monica as we were planning and building our new home. She helped me to make sure the house was aesthetically beautiful as well as practical for our family. She gave me so many wonderful ideas, such as a drop center in our mudroom to keep clutter out of our kitchen. She searched for wallpaper for our dining room and knew my style as soon as she saw the perfect pattern. She is easy to work with and has experience in both interior design and new construction, which is exactly what I wanted in a designer. I'm so glad I had her expertise during the building process.”

“We had such an amazing experience working with Jan at Mevold Studio. He put so much time and pride into carefully designing our home exactly how envisioned. He was there every step of the way from walking through a model home we liked, creating our "Top Ten" list of things we wanted included in the design, and then designing and redesigning his plans to fit us perfectly. He also helped us choose the perfect interior touches from wall colors to flooring to lighting. Mevold Studio is simply amazing and we would highly recommend them to anyone. If you can dream it, Jan can create it.”

“Stacey and the team at Rch did a wonderful job on our fireplace conversion. She has an entire team at her fingertips, craftsmen and experts in all facets of home construction. They turned our sad little fireplace into a showpiece that looks like it was built when the house was. So many remodels can look like afterthoughts but not this fireplace! The entire process was very satisfying to see excellence at work. Everything from the planning to the final remittance was professional with no surprises. Stacey has a lovely design flair and a sensible demeanor to accommodate all types of clients. She and Sean proposed the plan for us and this exceeded our every expectation!”
