FORT.

Our project was an infill house in proximity to downtown Edmonton. I will briefly comment on the following: The quality of work, was very good, they adhere to the restrictions of the lot, our life style was incorporated as well alternatives were suggested during the design stage that we would not have thought of ourselves. The ability to stay within project budget was very good. Project changes and suggestions were done in an efficient manner, communication on these were good and timely. I believe every effort to stay within the project schedule, was made and they adhere to the construction timelines set out, unforeseen items arose on behalf of all parties and every effort was made to keep the project on track. A team effort to solve problems was an area that I would like to give credit to "houzz" for, everyone didn’t always hear what they wanted, but everyone was heard, resolution was sought and a reasonable end for all stakeholders was achieved. I wish "houzz" every success in obtaining future projects, as our experience was successful and this project has now won a number of City of Edmonton Awards for innovation. Our experience was positive as we worked collaboratively toward designing, developing and building an extremely successful barrier free home that we will enjoy well into our senior years.

We hired Workspace to assist us in the complete remodeling of our kitchen. They presented the initial concept and moved it to final design, including recommendations on products (cabinetry to appliances), layout, lighting and functionality. Workspace engaged with our contractor as well as suppliers to ensure the build out was done to our liking and standards while keeping on budget. They were very professional and we would definitely use their services again.
