For over 28 years, I have worked in the new home industry in the Hampton Roads areas of Virginia in 5 different communities. Frank Betz Associates home plans are by far the most popular home designs that our ten different builders have built for our homeowners. I've hired Frank Betz to design and modify house plans for me several times. They are very easy to work with and have excellent designs! Their plans are very detailed, so it's easy for all subcontractors (masons, framers, siding installers, etc.) to be on the same page.

This is the 2nd house that Frank Betz Associates has worked on with me, and I would highly recommend them! They have incredible vision, and are top notch to work with. This project has involved the total transformation of a 20 plus year old house that was built in the late 80s. They worked tirelessly with me on creating a totally new look for the exterior including an incredibly beautiful 2-story screened-in porch. On the interior, they re-worked the design of much of the main floor including a total master bath and kitchen re-design, along with removal of walls to provide a more open concept, and a re-design of the stairs to the basement and main floor guest bathroom. I receive nothing but rave reviews from friends and neighbors!!!

The Frank Betz organization provided excellent support while making modifications to the Greenlaw house plan we are now building. The technical and management support was great and we love the house we are building. They worked very well with the General Contractor David Belk owner of Belk Construction of Anderson, SC. The house is now under construction and is expected to be completed by June 2014
