I recently had the pleasure of working with the Frusterio Design team, and my experience from the initial call with Adam to the final design tweaks was exceptional. Adam's expertise and approachable nature made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. From the beginning, Adam took the time to understand my vision and needs. Despite my initial obliviousness to certain aspects of the design process, Adam patiently walked me through every detail, boosting my confidence as we progressed. His clear and effective communication, along with his impressive style and knowledge, were truly outstanding. Adam's suggestions were invaluable, guiding me towards decisions I might not have made on my own but which turned out to be perfect for the project. The ease with which he navigated the design process and his ability to bring my vision to life left me extremely happy with the results. Chuck Frusterio made builder ready plans for my lake house addition. They made the process very simple and timely. They were great at listening to what I wanted. They delivered exactly what I asked for with a few improvements I would not have thought about. The process was just how they described it would be.

Frusterio has been absolutely incredible to work with over the past few months as my husband and I begin the process of building our forever home. I started following Frusterio through their profiles on Houzz and IG as well as their website quite a few years before reaching out to design our own home. I have always enjoyed viewing and studying house plans, and Frusterio's "stock" plans that are available for viewing shine above all the rest out there. Frusterio's creative designers, customer service and attention to beautiful detail is known among so many in the industry, and I am so grateful to witness these qualities firsthand. When it came time for my husband and I to start truly planning our forever home, we were uncertain whether we would spend the extra money up front for an architect to design a truly custom plan or if we wanted to try to find a "stock" plan that would work for us. The Frusterio team immediately jumped in to meet our needs in finding our best plan of action. Frusterio does it all- from custom plans to stock plans and options in between. They have been so prompt and professional with every email and call right from my very first inquiries. I truly felt so informed and heard even before I paid a cent to their company. I have never felt pressured to go in a certain direction but only supported through every decision with this team. We landed on the stunning “Blair” plan with the choice for modification to more accurately fit our family's lifestyle. We have been working with one of Frusterio's designers, Adam, through these modifications and could not be in better hands. Adam has been so patient, personable and professional with us throughout our whole design process. He has tentatively listened to our needs and come back to us with creative ideas. Each time I spoke to Adam, I could truly hear his passion for design and how much he enjoys creating something magnificent and unique for each customer. Adam was efficient yet took his time and made sure he carefully communicated any expectations for time, cost and management. Adam patiently and accurately addressed any questions or concerns we had along the way and has even made himself available for the future inquiries during the building process. I bought a plan to modify to my lot size. Jake was great at listening to my vision and making the necessary tweaks. He even made some recommendations to fit the aesthetic that I never would have thought of to make the plan really come together.

We recently worked with Jake at Frusterio to design a second home in Georgia. We could not be happier with our experience! Every step of the way, from our first conversation to our final drawings, Jake made the entire process easy and stress free. Working with one of their existing home designs, he not only implemented my wish list, he offered additional creative suggestions after listening to our needs. First we love the architectural style of the Frusterio portfolio. We were looking to build our retirement home on a lake in Georgia and found Frusterio Design. We made an inquiry and had a quick response with additional information requested. Once we narrowed our choices we worked with Jake Dickinson to modify the plan. He was attentive and amazing to work with. Our plan did not originally include a scullery, but he created one along with a two car carport connected by a breezeway. We had lots of questions and ideas and he helped us each step of the way to make informed decisions that we were comfortable with. Jake was extremely professional and did what he said he would do when he said he would do it and in todays environment, that is too unusual. We are in the process of building and can’t wait to see the finished home. Thanks Jake and Frusterio for helping us in this important and exciting time of our life.

We had a wonderful experience creating plans with Jake from Frusterio - he is knowledgeable, perceptive, kind, and professional. He was incredibly responsive and took time to understand what we wanted, but also gave us new ideas and patiently talked us through the pros and cons of different choices and changes. With three young kids and lots of chaos on our end, we always appreciated Jake's architectural expertise and his kind, thoughtful demeanor. He is a great person and a talented architect - highly recommend!
