GAIA Inspired Design and Consulting - is an award-winning eco-wellness design studio specializing in custom architectural design that reflects inspired and relaxed healthy spaces. We offer consulting packages for a wide range of services. With 25 years of expertise, our project experience includes the full gut remodel and addition of a La Jolla residence, the first green condominium development in NYC, and an all new energy efficient residential coastal home in Encinitas, CA. We have a full team of design professionals. Kim, herself an interior architect, is LEED AP certified, GREEN AP certified, an Eco Districts AP certified professional and now a Gaia Certified Sustainability Designer. She is a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers. We are a member of the U.S. Green Building Council.

Kim is an amazing designer and such a kind person. I worked for her during the spring of 2019, and I learned so much from her. Her eye for design was inspiring! It was clear how much she cared for each of her clients, and how much thought was put into each of her designs. Her ethical and sustainable design choices were also very apparent. I am so thankful I had the opportunity to work with her!

I strongly recommend Kim Nadel Interiors and nominate her for "Best of Houzz in Cardiff by the Sea." My project was the complete tear-down and rebuilding of my primary residence. Kim worked closely with the architect, contractor and vendors to ensure that everything was coordinated and all materials were delivered on time.. She is truly an interior designer as she sees the whole picture, and knows how to make things flow from one room to another, refining the interior spaces. She uses a holistic approach, getting to know the client first and learning their preferences for light, color, spaces, moods, before designing the interiors. Above all, Kim is a very patient person. I highly recommend her.

Once in our bath/spa retreat it is hard to come out! Kim suggested beautiful mosaic tiles for the shower and to surround the Farmer's sink which gives you the feeling of a soothing water fall. The floor to ceiling shower door created a "steam shower" effect so if you close the beautiful barn doors leading to the master bedroom you are warm and comfortable when stepping out of the shower. The shower includes double shower heads, hand held water feature and grab bars and two seats. We fell in love with a wall of bamboo which has texture and design. The television was built into the wall which feels as if you are in a theater watching the movie from the comfort of our new bed. Thank you Kim for making a dream come true.

Kim Nadel is a wonderful designer AND person. She is easy to work with and listens carefully to the direction and thoughts you have for your own home. She can transform a room or whole house with her unique ideas and style. Her simplistic approach is breathtaking. I would recommend her in a heartbeat to a homeowner or business.

I am delighted with the interiors that Kim Nadal provided in a new home I recently designed. The house is fresh, modern and lovely. Honestly, the interior design took my breath away the last time I visited the house. They utilized beautiful wood floors and cabinets to ground the bright splashy accent colors in the main living space. Kim Nadal Interiors really went the extra mile for our client andI look forward to working with her in the future.
