You guys were a big inspiration...Your cottage, and now your residence wouldn't be the same without you, your ideas, and your amazing hospitality!! I am grateful.
BTW: I plan to be in your area soon...and I got the whole family :)
Thanks you.

Thank you very much for your feedback. It was nice to meet you and I am sorry to hear that you felt this way. I have left you a phone message to discuss this further in person and hopefully clear up any misunderstandings. In case we don't connect, here are my thoughts.
The questions you mentioned that caused concern are in fact typical questions that I ask all potential clients in order to develop a strong and trusting long term relationship. It's important to learn a client's lifestyle (which can often include work life) to design the best possible home for their needs. I take pride in creating strong relationships and excellent referrals in exactly this way.
Knowing why you purchased your house was about knowing what your hopes and dreams are for the end result - why are you living where you are? What are you hoping to achieve in this space? etc.
Again, my intentions were simply to learn more about you and your goals, so I am sincerely sorry that somehow they were unclear to you. I'll strive to make them more clear to future potential clients. Thanks again for your feedback and I wish you all the best with your project.
Sincerely,
Gabriele Guiducci

It is always a pleasure working with you, and your interior design skills always make my designs shine!
Looking forward to more projects together!
