The firm's portfolio is extensive, spanning from mountain top villas to major renovations and modest additions, including kitchens and bathrooms, custom built-ins, and a variety of outbuildings. GRA has also worked on a wide range of project typologies, including single-family and multigenerational homes, townhouses, apartments, penthouses, and multifamily and campus residences, as well as landscape design. At the helm of GRA is George Ranalli, a registered architect with a broad base of experience in all types of design. He graduated from Pratt Institute and Harvard Graduate School of Design and is registered in multiple states across the US, as well as some countries. Mr. Ranalli's life and work partner, Anne Valentino, PhD, COO, is a professional psychologist and chief of design operations at GRA. She is responsible for ensuring the infrastructure of people, processes, and craft are optimized to deliver high-quality architecture and design. One of the firm's greatest strengths is its ability to listen to clients and steward project delivery on time and on budget.
