About Us

Ethan Gerard heads a boutique architecture and design practice specializing in well-crafted residential projects with a regional modernist bent. A strong emphasis on attentive client service and custom detailing are hallmarks of the practice. The firm's work strives for balance within a framework of understated elegance and sustainable design (including green design — energy efficiency, solar design, geothermal heating/cooling). Gerard's work has been featured in national and international publications including the book 1000x Architecture of the Americas, Interior Design, The New York Times, Belle, New York Home, Progressive Architecture, The Arizona Republic and highlighted on PBS television's New York Voices.
