I recently had the pleasure of working with Gibbs Architects to complete renovation of my home in Los Angeles, and I absolutely could not be happier with how it came out! From start to finish, they were professional, creative, & delivered high quality work. They were a one-stop shop: acting as architect, designer, & contractor for the project. Kurt took the time to deeply understand my rough vision and was able to translate that into a beautiful & functional home. He had impeccable attention to detail in his work and was more thoughtful than any other provider that I’ve worked with. The team was highly communicative & proactively informed me about progress throughout the renovation process. Any edits or changes I wanted to make were all accommodated & were addressed promptly. They were mindful of time, had a healthy sense of urgency, and maintained on schedule (always completing work a bit quicker than initially estimated). They kept everything organized & made an otherwise overwhelming process feel organized. Kurt was mindful of budget & found ways to save me money throughout the project, which was completed under budget. The work was done quickly & affordably, yet there were ZERO compromises on quality - everything was completed with care, quality, and deserves 5/5 stars. I highly recommend working with Gibbs Architects for anyone in West Los Angeles, Palisades, Eaton, Venice etc. / anywhere in or nearby LA county who needs an architect, renovation work, or home construction or reconstruction completed!
