GILBERT | McLAUGHLIN | CASELLA ARCHITECTS, located in Nashville, Tennessee, is a Professional Limited Liability Company established by Steve Gilbert and Kent McLaughlin in 1996. Jeff Casella, who became the firm’s first employee, joined Steve and Kent as the third principal in 2006. All embrace and pursue a common goal to provide the highest level of quality for all aspects of design and client service. The three principals are dedicated to on–going personal involvement in the processes required to create and construct Architecture. Their vast experience in all phases of Architectural design, as well as master planning, site evaluation and programming, provide a consistency required for creative, comprehensive, and economically rewarding sustainable solutions. The project experience of the Principals covers a wide variety of types which include master planning, university facilities, elementary and secondary educational facilities, single and multi-family residential structures, religious facilities, athletic facilities, restaurant, and retail venues as well as mixed use buildings.
