Full-Service Seattle Based Architect
We seek to produce timeless architecture through careful study of spatial sequence, proportion, and detail. We work hard to achieve every client's dream while maximizing the value of every square foot of built space. The Masters program at the University of Notre Dame School of architecture provided Luke with timeless principals and attention to detail applicable to any style from traditional to modern. Luke graduated top of his class and was published several times in the annual publication of exemplary work. The program included four months abroad studying architecturally rich cities in Europe. Upon graduation, Luke worked four years with Scott Merrill, a Driehause prize winner, urbanist, and architect of numerous notable homes and town centers including several of international renown. After moving to Seattle, Luke gained valuable insight into the workings of large projects while working with the award winning firm Integrus Architecture. Before starting on his own, Luke worked two and a half years as project manager at Duncan McRoberts Associates, a classical and gothic architectural expert and alumnus of the Prince of Whales Foundation. Luke found immediate success with the announcement of his firm. In the first several months alone, pent-up interest amounted to projects in three states. While attending the University of Notre Dame, Luke worked with Krupali Uplekar Krusche in her research of the Roman Forum and other cultural heritage sites. He also interned with Duncan Stroik, an award winning architect of numerous notable churches and author of Sacred Architecture journal; and Thomas Gordon Smith, an internationally acclaimed architect with projects in a wide range of types including museums & monastic complexes. Prior to attending ND, Luke graduated in the Betta Gamma Sigma Honor Society from Gonzaga University with a degree in Business Administration, Finance, and a rich course load that included Art and Philosophy. Luke also owned a small construction company, that included basement remodels and fencing, that he operated in the summers of his undergraduate education.
