Greg Sparhawk designed the first home for us in 2012. It was innovative, efficient and sold like ice cream in July. The post recession market was starved for fresh design and GPS provided it for us. He gave us four distinct versions of that single plan that gave our 7 home project variety and custom look at a very competitive cost. His designs helped us build a brand, we gained a backlog of customers who wanted more of our product. I have to give credit to GPS for helping us gain a design centric reputation. We have come to rely on this firm. Since that first project, GPS has designed two more open and bright plans that are filling out three additional multi lot projects with distinctive designs that appeal to our sophisticated, professional, and urban customer base. I have worked closely with seven different architects on homes that I have owned, or built and sold. Greg Sparhawk and is firm is the one I will go back to our next project.
