Grasso Design Group

Worked with Brian on the design of our renovation and addition to our home in Spring Lake. Had a great time designing with him. He was able to take our ideas and work with us as long as we needed to make everything work. It is a lot to take on a home renovation project but his patience with us definitely helped out. Can't say the same for my husband. As with any renovation there are hidden costs that we did not expect but no blame on Brian for that. We kind of expected to go a little over budget but with the selections that we made and the updating of some hidden items in the walls we ended a little higher than we expected. But overall we were able to get everything that we wanted and have already started saving some photos on Houzz for when Grasso Design can draw us up a brand new house. Haha. I can dream.

We purchased an empty lot in the Shore Area to use as a family vacation home. We were working within a limited budget as this is our second home. Brian was very accommodating and was able to provide us with a selection of stock plans to choose from. We were able to find a home plan that worked within our budget. Brian was able to modify it so it almost feels like a custom home. We hope to spend this summer enjoying our new family get away. Thank you.
