We have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Steve and Beatriz at Green Line for a couple of years now. They always bring a professional and experienced perspective to their projects. They continuously strive to make the relationship between the client, the builder and the architect flow in a direction of positive communication, while simultaneously providing exciting and cutting edge design ideas. As a Lighting Designer, I have had the pleasure to work with Steve Novy and Green Line's team of dedicated staff on many occasions. Steve's creativity and energy move the project forward in exciting ways, and not only do we have fun with the work, but the results are outstanding.

I am an interior designer who has worked with Green Line on several projects. We have worked with them on a comprehensive LEED-based project to a current Aspen remodel. They have provided unique and creative solutions for challenging design goals. Steve always finds a way to make the solutions 'greener'. Accurate and comprehensive drawings with 3D models make designing with them a smooth process.

Green Line Architects did a great job on my project! I had Green Line design a renovation on a house that looked hopeless in the beginning. In the end, the house looked like a completely different property and was beautiful. Steve Novy, the head of Green Line, was very pleasant to deal with throughout the project. I would definitely work again with Green Line Architects in the future!

Board by Design has worked with Green line for the past five or six years. We have done some collaborating and they have also aided us in some of our own designs. Steve Novy of Green Line Architects designed a delightfully creative pool house which is classified as an ADU as it has a kitchen. Because of the ADU classification, the approval process with our county proved rather arduous yet Steve remained confident, committed and was very effective for eventually receiving the required building permits. The design lines for our structure are simply elegant not only in our view but in the views of the craftsmen that have worked on our project. Steve was instrumental in influencing the quality and cooperation of the craftsmen on our project which is a very important yet rare occurrence. Green Line Architects is a class operation in every respect.

One of the key reasons we chose Steve Novy and Green Line was his sensitivity and knowledge of green design. In addition to his solid architectural knowledge Steve brought imaginative ideas to our project. He was a team player with my wife and myself as well as our builder and interior designer. He was appropriately cost conscious and helped keep our project on schedule. Overall he brought a great attitude of friendly professionalism. We recommend him highly.

Steve and his team at Green Line Architects provided architectural services for a spec home I'm developing. As both a General Contractor and Developer, I've worked with a number of architects and found Green Line to be an exceptional firm. Our project presented some unique challenges and Steve was able to motivate a value driven program that was a particularly smart response to those challenges. Of particular concern was energy efficiency where Green Line proved to be a great resource in reviewing/discussing/selecting products and building technologies. Working with Steve Novy and his crew at Green Line has been fun, actually. They are a joy to work with and on the ball. We live in Pitkin County in Colorado... that is highly regulated and requires much detail and effort to even put together a permit application. Steve and his crew are well versed in the realities of getting a building to the county and through the process and ready for breaking ground. We have utilized Steve for numerous projects through the years. He gets our sustainability mission and our high standards of green development. We talk the same language and have similar goals of building for the future. I have worked with many architects through the years and have had to educate many on passive solar design, buildingintegrated PV, super insulated envelopes, even solar orientation! to the levels of green development that we promote and desire in our buildings and Steve has all this and more in his creative tool box and knows how to make it all come together. I can't recommend Green Line enough. If you have a project large or small give them a call and you will quickly see what I mean.

Very professional consultation when dealing with the principal of this firm. We are planning an artists studio with a completion date of 2015 in Aspen, Co. We are dealing with county, city and subdivision restrictions that make the project difficult from the very conception.
