harmonious Architecture

Working on a timeline to get re-started on a home design. Hoping to have plans by the end of the summer.

My wife and I bought a lake lot near Vergas, MN. Kelli was our first call once we bought the lot, because we knew she has years of experience with lake home and cabin design. We worked with Kelli for several months in the winter of 2014-2015 making sure all the details were correct for our lake cabin. Kelli was VERY valuable when it came to budgeting, space planning, overall cabin layout and helping with the exterior materials. We can't say enough for the process we went through with her. It really helped my wife and I sort out what we really wanted of the cabin, our family time and time at the lake. Kelli really understand how a lake home functions. Kelli is very easy to communicate with and has knows all the (good) contractors in the lakes area. She is always willing to meet on our schedule and she follows up with you in a timely and accurate matter. Her plans are very clear, her specification booklets was very helpful and her communication style is casual and effective. Our home was about $450K and the money we paid Kelli to help with the design was money very well spent. Worth every penny!

We worked with Kelli, last year, building a Custom Sip Panel Home, on Long Lake by Vergas Mn. Kelli was great to work with and did a great job, designing this home.

Kelli helped us design our dream home at our place on the lake. We met with her a half dozen times to discuss the style and size of our home. Kelli was always very professional and came with great ideas as the house came to life. It was all very exciting, Kelli understood us and shared our vision for our home. We couldn't be happier at how it transpired. Our home fits in with the rustic lake atmosphere, it has a beautiful view from almost every angle. I love cooking in my beautiful kitchen and looking out at the sparkling lake. I also love waking up seeing the sun rising from my pillow!

Loved working with harmonious Architecture! Kelli Wegscheid listened carefully to our wish list for our lake home and designed the perfect home for us. She had so many ideas and solutions. Kelli is familiar with lake country building regulations. We were restricted by the size of the lot and county regulations, yet she was able to include my requests for more bedrooms, a large island, washer/dryer, lots of windows facing the lake, and to connect the home to our existing garage. We love our home designed by harmonious Architecture!

We hired Kelli Wegscheid, owner of Harmonious Architecture, to help us come up ideas and floor plans for a new lake home that was to connect a small preexisting 2 bedroom cabin in a tuck-under garage. Kelli met with us several different times where we finalized the floor plans and interior and exterior finishes. She provided us with full prints of the entire project that we were able to take to several different contractors for quoting. She also provides us beautiful full color 3D renderings of the outside of the house as well as the interior of the family room. We recently completed the entire project and are extremely happy with the finished results! We would definitely recommend Kelly for any design project!

Kelly is creative and a good listener. She drew up plans for a general re-build of our most ordinary house to make it fit into our lovely woods setting.
