Historical Concepts helped to design the development in which we're building. River Dunes has a strong design aesthetic. We wanted to work with an architect who would understand that aesthetic, so we engaged Historical Concepts to design our house and separate garage with apartment (carriage house). We have been extremely pleased, not only with the outcome, but with the process as well. We live at a distance from Historical Concepts, but they have been strong on communication, and have been very responsive to all our requests and inputs. The carriage house is nearly complete, and work will commence soon on the main house. We could not be more pleased with the design of our house, as well as how it works in relation to the larger community.
