I recommend Homeland Design without reservation. Their work was professional, creative and prompt. The design was superior. Above all, they assisted us in getting the design approved by our Homeowner's Association, an arduous process that required the company to expend a great deal of effort on our behalf. This is a great company and I heartily recommend it.

I have worked with many home designers throughout my building career. When it comes to home designers Joey is one of the best! Joey at Homeland is knowledgeable and a great listener. Bill and I had Joey design our home and Becky did our landscape plan. The design was a Frank Lloyd Wright inspired design on a very sloped lot. It turned out exactly the way we envisioned it. They are a great and imaginative couple to work with and when the home is complete we hope they will be visiting us often. We highly recommend Homeland Design because we know how hard they work to complete the home plan of your dreams.

Joey and Becky provided a great experience from start to finish of our first home. I have had pictures, sketches and design ideas floating around for years and Homeland Design was able to take all of that and integrate it into the final product. Not only did they do that but they knew our budget as well as the strict Architectural Review board requirements and made everything work given some tight parameters. My wife and I love our new home and everyone who visits can't say enough about it!

We loved working with Homeland Design and Becky on the landscape plan for the home we are building. She was always prompt and ready to go when we set up a meeting and came with great suggestions. She understood the neighborhood requirements very well so we didn't have to waste anytime dreaming about ideas that wouldn't work AND came up with a great design plan. We hired the design team of Joey and Becky Shaw to draw plans for our new house in Bend Oregon. Joey designed the house, and Becky did the landscaping plans. They were both very helpful throughout the 3 month process, listening to our ideas and wish lists then refining them and making them better than we thought possible. Both were easy to talk to, and accessible at all times during the design phase. What we ended up with was a beautiful set of plans for our house, and landscaping. We are in the sixth month of construction, and wouldn't change a thing.

We contracted with Homeland Design, llc for landscape design and general contractor/landscaper oversite services. Becky Shaw provided exceptional service from design, bid review, and contractor oversite all the way through our finished product. She helped us work from a vague description of what we thought we wanted to a completed project that exceeded our expectations. Becky was a pleasure to work with and effortlessly managed our project through any inevitable glitches. We look forward to working with Homeland Design, llc in the future.

We worked with Becky Shaw of Homeland Design to design and supervise the landscape for our new home. She listened carefully to our wants and needs and designed the perfect plan for our home's landscape, using her knowledge of various plants to bring a selection that was area appropriate, colorful and diverse. Since we were building the home long distance, communication was critical. Becky used technology to walk us through the various design phases and we were able to view the plan on our home computer while she controlled the actual presentation from hers. She worked closely with the builder to insure they had incorporated the plan's advance requirements and coordinated with the landscaper to confirm accurate plant selection and installation. The end result is spectacular. We couldn't be more pleased, and strangers who pass by say they (too) LOVE our landscaping.

After interviewing 3 landscape designers we decided to work with Becky on our project and are very happy we did. Becky listened to our goals and provided her input on the best trees, shrubs etc. She was very respectful of our budget and guided us toward appropriate plant/tree selection. She oversaw the bidding process and installation which was finished last week. We are extremely happy with our landscaping and will work with Becky again for future needs. I've worked with Homeland Design on several projects... both with Joey for home design and with Becky for landscape design and I've worked with them both on several projects. I enjoy working with Joey and Becky. They are professional, do excellent work, provide quick turn around on plans and are responsive to emails and phone calls in a timely manner. The homes and landscapes always turn out beautifully and we have a lot of fun in the process. I would use them for my personal residence if I was building a new home and I would highly recommend them.

We moved to Oregon as first time residents,who had a house built for the first time. That is more than enough to bring substantial trepidation to the proper plannng and building of a new home.
