Need an architect that engages by listening, proposing and doing? Houston Architects is that team. Wayne is the front man and he brought our ideas and needs to life with an end to end delivery. Nearly a decade on, we enjoy the completed work every day. Wayne took our idea and example photos and matched these ideally to what became our addition of a conservatory, upper reading annex and cupola. The result is seamless with the original Neo-Georgian style of house. We used Wayne for an end to end implementation (design, tender, project management, completion). With the amount of geotechnical, structural and drainage matters that needed attending to, this was the better way to ensure coordination. It worked very well.

We found it a pleasure to work with Wayne and the team at Houston Architects. They were both creative and practical in the approach to our house renovation in Westmere. They listened to our issues, ideas and budget; and then provided solutions that worked. Our builders enjoyed the experience also - getting timely, quality advice through all stages of the project.
