We added 250 sq. ft. and improved the flow throughout the house. Brad was the architect for a new home we built in Kent Woodlands in 2009 and he did an outstanding job. Brad brings a unique combination of creative talent and detailed execution and project management to his work. He kept our whole team of designers and general contractors working together, and was always calm and thoughtful in guiding us through the challenges of building a new home from scratch. We've now lived here for 11 years and it still feels like new, a credit to his ability to craft a home that is solid, adapts to the seasons, and environmentally sustainable. Originally, Brad Hubbell and Alessandro Lai came in to my latest remodel in Belvedere to simply assist on a few things. I was resistant to bringing in an architect as I had not used one on my previous large remodels with success and was unsure it was needed as I was trying to keep costs down. Hubbell Daily was the best use of my dollars in this investment. Both are so attuned to detail and seeing things that both designer and a well experienced construction team missed. Where their services were needed - they went above and beyond. By far the most professional team working on the project. Always on time and prepared - not only prepared for that meeting but looking ahead at items that may need more consideration.
