My design + build firm had a chance to collaborate on a project with IIIAD recently and I couldn't have been more impressed with the high level of professionalism, creativity and integrity they displayed. Also notable was their admirable work ethic and careful consideration when problem solving. In particular, the firm's owner, Jono Query, has an amazing breadth and depth of experience and knowledge. He is extremely dedicated to his work, fiercely creative and his attention to detail is unmatched. He is a professional's professional. You need only look closely at finish details in pictures of his work here on houzz or at his website to appreciate this. Many architects don't manage their own building - because Jono does, I believe his sense of design and construction inform each other, making him extremely well-suited to creating the kind of considered spaces I know his clients value him for. I would recommend IIIAD wholeheartedly to both homeowners and industry pros considering working with them.
