We have worked with Annie to design our lake front dream home in Boca Raton. Annie’s natural ability to listen and understand our desires for the home and then translate our wishlist to an impeccably well thought out plan was truly amazing. She was so easy to work with - organized, timely and her effortless way of answering our questions and putting us at ease made the process of designing our home so much fun. Working with Annie and In-Site Design Group has been wonderful. We are building a second home and live out of state, so being able to communicate long distance has been critical. Annie has been attentive to all our needs and requests. She is well organized and has a very defined system in developing architectural plans. Annie works hard to keep our wishes, but making sure we are within the original scope of work, while being creative. She is very responsive and really understands the building design and aesthetic concepts. We have built and/or remodeled a dozen homes over the last 30 years, and working with In-Site Design Group has been the best! It's been great working with Annie.

We have past experience with property layout and barn functionality, and we were working with an architect to bring our dreams to reality for our new property. We have no experience with design, floor planning, architectural elevations, etc. The architect we were initially working with to bring the whole picture together just couldn’t deliver what we were expecting, so thankfully after asking around for references for a new architect Annie came highly recommended from several people we asked. Annie took our property and barn layout we wanted, fixed all the things we didn’t even consider that were inadequate and would have been regretted had it been built that way, added her design elements, gave it a gorgeous architectural elevation and delivered us exactly what we wanted and then some in the very first design review. We loved the barn so much we decided to add a house to the project. After doing the initial design requirements with Annie she delivered a design, floor plan and elevation that we would have never been creative enough to think of. We are beyond glad we were referred to Annie, beyond happy with how our property came to life and superbly satisfied with the service we received from Annie and her team.

Annie Carruthers and the entire In-Site Design Group staff were top of the line in talent, expertise, customer service, and efficiency. Annie was there for us every steep of the way. Every question we had was answered with detail and care. This project was our first building experience and we truly couldn’t have done it without her. Highly recommend the team!
