Ira Frazin is an incredibly talented architect. I've used him twice now and will be doing a third renovation with him in a few years. He has a fantastic eye for space and a talent for finishes. He has also been respectful of my budget -- any architect can create the dream home with unlimited dollars. Ira can do it within reason.

Commented: No track whatsoever on bottom?There is a guide at the end of the fixed panel and a gasket along the bottom of the door. So no issues with swinging or splashing. Take a look at the manufacturer's specs for more information.
