I have worked with Ed Cundiff since the mid-1990's and find his work to be exemplary. I would highly recommend his architectural design capabilities for home remodeling to anyone.

Ed has assisted me with several remodeling and house addition projects. He is quick to identify a client's aesthetic, to establish their needs, and remains very responsive when developing solutions. He is very creative with no shortage of great ideas, and his ideas are unique, adding distinctiveness to the way a home looks and feels, inside and out. In addition to designing amazing interior spaces, he is equally as talented with landscape design. He backs up his great ideas with thorough research and planning, and his design plans are valued for their detail and precision by all the contractors I've worked with. I've been told by more than one contractor that Ed's ideas encourage builders to stretch, work beyond previous limitations, to create new and interesting elements in home design. Ed is a pleasure to work with. He has confidence in his ideas but maintains his humility, He does not get defensive when his ideas are challenged, rather he works diligently with clients to achieve a satisying outcome.

Ed is the most creative designer that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. His vision and knowledge designing our project was truly remarkable. He helped us every step of the way to make decisions utilizing state of the art materials and techniques. He was attentive to our suggestions and pocket book. Ed worked well with the many contractors the were involved in our project, yet demanded a very high standard of workmanship from them. We would gladly choose Ed and his staff for our next project.

ed did an incredible job with our house. he made very important suggestions on it's design, but also---and very importantly---listened carefully to me and my wife's suggestions---which we wanted. he is "affordable", caring, and very, very talented. i heartily endorse his work !!! dr rw gaines
