I've been designing custom homes for the last 13 years, from some of Utah Counties largest homebuilders, to couples starting out in their first home. I design all of my custom plans in 3D, giving you a chance to "see" your house before it's built. This helps tremendously in visualizing and refining a project long before construction begins. Many building errors can be detected and eliminated saving you money during construction. REMODELS AND ADDITION PLANS When you already love where you live and want to turn your home into the home of your dreams. As I mentioned above, I use the most current 3D CAD software to deliver realistic views of your project. Nowhere is this more useful than when remodeling or adding onto an existing home. You actually get to see how your new addition will look with your existing home, and how new elements interact with existing. COMMERCIAL AND PLANNING From pre-fab metal buildings to tenant improvements and multifamily projects, I work with a network of certified architects, engineers and contractors, and can deliver any size commercial projects at substantial discounts.
