Jeff recently completed the design of a new beach home for my husband and myself. The project has mostly been conducted via phone and email communication but we did have a chance to sit down over dinner with Jeff one evening. Throughout the entire association Jeff has been courteous, professional and very patient. We found his knowledge of beach home construction, ARB procedures and his overall design aesthetic most helpful. Jeff was able to provide numerous product resources and professional contacts to enhance our project. This is the first time we have gone through this process and Jeff's input and experience were invaluable. I am an interior designer with plenty of my own ideas and Jeff was more than happy to work with them. I would recommend Jeff's services to anyone wishing to design their dream home.

My husband and I hired Jeff Johnson to design and provide full plans for our new home. Selecting the right person for this job was something we considered one of the most important tasks in the process and we have no regrets! We had a design idea of what we wanted along with a strict building budget and we needed help making both work. Jeff was very honest, made many suggestions and worked with us until we nailed our design all while considering our budget so we could actually afford to build our home! I can humbly say we were a challenging client but Jeff was very patient with us and we appreciated that! Our home project is a few months underway and we are appreciating now all the little things Jeff designed in (things that people don’t even know to think about), so consider this before you select your designer… you want someone with lots of experience and is focused on designing a functioning home!
