We were referred to Jeffrey for our recent project and highly recommend his architectural services. The experience has been so great! We hired Jeff as our architect for a total remodel of our house. After meeting with several candidates we felt Jeff was the best match for us, and we were right! What I loved most about working with Jeff is that he really listened to what we wanted and then did his best to translate that into our building plans. When we were concerned that the first set of drawings would take us way over budget, he didn't take it personally and came up with another set (relatively quickly too) that we ultimately used with a few minor changes. He also made some great suggestions to help with the flow of the house, and really helped keep the design phase moving along. He was very helpful in getting everything through the permit process, and seemed very up-to-date on codes and processes with the city - this was very helpful since we were clueless! During the building process Jeff was available as needed when the contractor needed his consultation - however we had a wonderful project manager who did a lot of the work in that area so we didn't end up needing Jeff that frequently during the construction. I do feel he would have been more involved if we needed him to though. Overall we had a very positive experience working we Jeff, and having just moved into our newly remodeled home, we are very happy with the results!

We have been working with Jeff on a major remodel of our 1890's home in SF, and we have just finished the design phase. Given that our house is an Edwardian, we needed someone who understood contemporary systems and yet is able to work with assets. Jeff has had delightful ideas about our project that are feasible and will improve the quality of our lives. He's incredibly thorough and a pleasure to work with. He has great rapport with the contractor as well. We are looking forward to the finished results and will post pictures.

Jeff was thoughtful, creative, and practical as he designed plans to transform an awkward master bedroom and bath into a beautiful master suite plus a small nursery (which we need, but which can easily be transformed into a walk-in closet for someone with different needs). He also redesigned our home's entryway. He was attentive, responsive, and supportive throughout the process and we would definitely work with him again on another project.

Jeff designed the remodel of our 130 year old Victorian home. Jeff listened carefully to what we wanted, and designed accordingly. As a result, we got what we wanted and what other architects said they couldn't make work. Jeff is creative, competent, thorough, and his work is sufficiently detailed so that we had no significant misunderstandings with the contractor. He is also a pleasure to have around. Highly recommended!

Jeff Eade acted as architect for a major renovation of my 1920 craftsman. I was blown away by his creativity and commitment to the heritage of the home. Jeff sat down with me, really trying to figure out how we live and enjoy the space. He also spent a lot of time thinking about the natural light. Whenever my friends see the kitchen/family room area, they get a big grin on their faces. Jeff is customer-focused and provides strong value. Plus, he's just a really nice guy.
