Superb Joao, created the wonderful design concept for our house now under construction in India. Meticulous research by Joao on the climatic conditions & local building rules was the right foundation to build on. We fell in love with the concepts of patio garden & the living dining right at the rear of the house; gives ample privacy and ensures that the tropical sun is never a trouble. Eagerly waiting for the construction to move on! Joao is a professional, always delivered on time and flexible to sketch our suggestions. João has been my architect in several projects over the years. João has been responsible for my buildings design, detail, aproval and sometimes the construction management. João has great design skills and a fascinant eye for details. As we say in Portugal, an architect with impressive drawing skill! A young man with a promising career ahead!

I hired fellow-architect Joao to assist me in visualising sun control options as part of the upgrading of this first floor apartment. His advice and assistance were invaluable in enabling me to develop preferred options to take forward with the Client. We will be collaborating in future projects, particularly in tropical locations.
