John S. Andrews Architects, LLC

Since its founding in April of 2000, John S. Andrews Architects has worked to create buildings and places in harmony with their environment. Our approach to design is contextual and begins with a thorough study of all existing conditions. We see design as a process built upon open and continuous communication and we believe that good design will follow from good process. We have worked on a wide range of building and project types. The majority of our projects are renovations and additions to residential buildings in the Philadelphia area where our work is concentrated. We love the challenge of adapting existing structures to new uses and living patterns and particularly enjoy the challenge of working with older buildings.
