We worked with Joe to design our vacation home near Lake Bellaire MI. I found Joe researching firms that had design experience with Frank LLoyd Wright style homes. I have been in the construction industry my entire life and have built/ remolded 4 homes and was very familiar with the construction process. Joe visited the rather challenging site and we provided him an written narrative of the home including rooms, and features we desired. Joe produced hand sketch of the home and we loved it! He proceeded with the final design, helped to select contractors, and worked with us during construction. We have moved into the completed home and just love Joe's design! He captured all of the features and did a excellent job in keeping with the theme Wright style home. Joe and his staff are very professional, practical, and a real pleasure to work with. We also contracted with Joe to design a small horse barn on the same property and it is great. Joe is truly a stand out in his field!

We hired Joseph Mosey Architecture to design our extensive remodel project. Joe did an amazing job of listening to everything we were desired for in our project and creatively incorporating it together in a beautiful, functional space. Joe was also great to work with during the building process demonstrating his flexibility and problem solving skills as the remodel morphed into a completely construction. Our family hired Joseph Mosey Architecture to design a lake house. We knew from the minute he walked on the property that he understood the land and how to position the house to get the most out of the lake views. Joe listened to all of our ideas, looked at our Houzz accounts and nailed the design on the first draft! Joe Mosey was highly recommended not only because of his design instincts but also because of his unique ability to solve problems. We were connecting two condominium units, there were many obstacles. Joe's original design was outstanding but once the demolition started significant surprises were discovered. Joseph Mosey Architecture has designed a complete home remodel for our lake house. The home was very dark, had limited views of the lake, and was choppy. Now we have incredible views and an open floor plan.

Joe is a great architect. Nailed the themes we were seeking for our new Northern Michigan lake house. We wanted to recapture the themes of our older New England ocean home. He listened well, did his research and was right on the mark right from the initial sketch work through the detailed build plans. We also hired him to be active with our builder during the build process to ensure consistency with the design work. It has gone very well.

Joe helped us transform an older cottage that was built in 1901 into the cottage of our dreams. Joe is easy to work with, responds to the client and the builder on a timely basis. I would not hesitate to hire Joe again as well as recommend him to others.
