Joseph Sepot Architects is a full-service architectural firm with deep experience in all aspects of the architectural process including site analysis, programming, interior design and space planning, schematic design through construction documents, and construction administration services. Since its inception in 1996, the firm has designed a wide range of projects of varying scale and purpose for residential, commercial, and healthcare clients. JSA approaches each project through thoughtful analysis, methodical review, and meaningful dialogue with clients in order to deliver the most appropriate and innovative design solution. As a testament to the firm’s professionalism and integrity, JSA has enjoyed working on new construction and renovation projects with many of the same clients over the past 26 years. Located in Branford, the firm is licensed in the states of Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and New York, and it is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
