We recently hired Jim to help us address an issue with our pool. Our pool was installed incorrectly in 2020 and we were unable to safely add a set of pool stairs due to the way the pool was poorly positioned against our deck. We researched many different ways to address the issue without any viable solutions. We spoke to Jim about the problem and he came over at the time we agreed to take a look at the situation, get some measurements, and understand our budget. He turned around the design quickly and we then had the stairs installed. We couldn't be happier. Functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing, Jim designed the perfect solution for our needs, within our budget, and quickly. Easy access to the pool has made it much more enjoyable. The design made all the difference. We really appreciated Jim's honest and reliable service and wouldn't hesitate to hire or refer him for projects big or small.
