We have used Janne Z. for a number of plans for new homes our company has built and her level of service has been excellent. She seems to be able to visualize what I talk about and put it into the plans quickly. She does a great job of laying out our houses on the lots in the best way possible. I highly recommend Ralph Jones Home Plans to anyone looking to build a house as a builder or as a homeowner, as you can't possibly go wrong.

Ruch Builders Energy Smart Custom Homes

Excellent designs with a good understanding of the nuances of home building. Getting the design right up front saves time and money during the build. As a custom home builder, I highly recommend Ralph Jones Home Plans to my clients.

I have seen and been a part of many homes built using Ralph Jones Home Plans. The attention to detail in getting a home to their customers needs is what sets them apart. I highly recommend them for any home plan needs.

Benson Builders

Benson Builders has had a great relationship over the years with Ralph Jones Home Plans. We have built using their custom plans and have always been very satisfied with the quality of their drawings. On one custom home, we went through several plan revisions. They were always great about listening to the changes we needed and getting those changes into the drawings. Their designers have years of experience in the Memphis area and have also kept up well with the changes in home styles over the years. We wouldn't hesitate to use their design work in the future and to refer others to them. Jonathan Benson

I have been using Janne at Ralph Jones Home Plans to design floor plans for homes we are building on very small lots. She has been very helpful working with us to design plans that would would fit on these lots and have all the design features we were looking for. This company has been invaluable for our building process.
