Worst company I've come across, very negative experience. Beware as they will not communicate well with you when you need them the most.

Mr. Kevin Ngo listened very closely to our well thought out design ideas for our custom home. After he had a very good understanding of what we wanted & needed, he was able to "fine tune" them with practical, excellent suggestions which made a lot of sense. He gave us realistic expectations of what was involved to get the DP & BP approved by the City. He had good knowledge of & working relationships with all the relevant City departments, and effectively contacted them as needed on our behalf. During the build which took over one year, he was always responsive to discussing &/or promptly coming to the site to discuss and find solutions to the inevitable "glitches" of the build. We had a very good experience with Mr. Ngo and highly recommend him and his company to anyone who needs a home designer.

Kevin designed a custom home for us on a corner lot. From our initial consultation he seemed to just "get" our style and understood our priorities. He came up with a design that was not at all what we expected, but as we processed it we were blown away by it's uniqueness, flow, and layout. Kevin really did think of everything and other than tweaks to square foot nothing could be improved on. We cannot wait to see the final product once built.

I used K5 a few times and I will never use another company as they were really accommodating to us.

His team involved me every step of the way, but took calculated creative risks which always ended up making things just right. Without his expertise, my DP would not have been approved!

We hired k5 designs to design our first true custom home and have been very pleased with the quality and service we have received. Before selecting k5, we interviewed other Architectural firms, however, Kevin from k5 designs stuck out as he clearly displayed a passion for design. While the other firms were more than qualified, Kevin seemed to show a design perspective first then try to fit the design within city guidelines, while other firms were vice versa. The process was iterative with the first meeting providing Kevin our entire wish list and subsequent meetings tweaking the plans following our review. In the end, Kevin listened to our needs and came up with wonderful design that was beyond our imagination. We walked in with thoughts of what we wanted, but walked out with something much better. We were looking for something modern, but not eccentric. Kevin developed a set of plans which were modern, but as important, functional and unique to other homes we've seen. We are happy with the work Kevin did and would not hesitate to recommend his services to others.
