K&M House Plans

Kendall listened to what we wanted to have done and reflected that in the plans that were provided and as we fine-tuned the plans Kendall incorporated the changes and revisions.

I hired K&M House Plans to create construction and renovation blueprints for a "fixer" house that I purchased. Kendall was prompt and listened to the requirements I communicated for the project, which included a renovation of the existing house and adding an addition. He exceeded my expectations with the floor plan designed to optimize space and ensured very detailed construction and renovation notes were in the plans. The blueprints are complete to the point that I can hand them to a contractor and let them execute. If you want to remodel or do some construction on a house, it is recommended that you have a plan, and I recommend K&M House Plans to create your plan. No project is too small for K&M!
