When I first did my research to build our coastal property as a first time home building process, it was all about the online reviews. So, I reached out to interview Kanthan. Par for the course, Abhi reached back out to me within minutes. And candidly, since hiring Abhi and his team in March of 2025 (and still working strongly together), his response time has not wavered. As a retired business executive, this speaks volumes in my world, and is a clear indicator of what would be to come. In fact, even while Abhi was on vacation around the globe, he was always available and responding to never let a beat be missed during the process. While our project is about to go into the next phase in presenting to the Town of Ocean Ridge, he has already established himself with them through our previous town meetings, and they have had exceptional responses to the quality of his deliverables. While we are still in the deep throws of it, Abhi simply makes things happen, all the time. I have increased my scope with Kanthan because of the trust they have created. Perhaps the most impressive part of this entire experience was the financial transparency. There are no hidden costs or surprise fees. The pricing and estimates are exactly inline with what was agreed to the entire time, a true rarity I think, in high-end construction. Their integrity and straightforward approach gives me complete confidence throughout this project.
