We worked with KDL on the Abramson home with the design and installation of the flush mounted heaters on the back patio. KDL pays strong attention to detail & design every step of the way with throughout their projects. The end result is a stunning space, perfect for year round outdoor use. Commented: Roof MaterialThe material is IPE. Its a type of hardwood. As far as alternatives go, any exterior finished hardwood would work.

Commented: Windows & doorThe windows are Fleetwood in anodized dark bronze. The door was selected by the owner and we don't have any info on the manufacturer.
